How to engage your client? We have some hints for you.

Well, we have put up a whole bunch of knowledge of times before Vividly when we were striving as young architects to recognition and barely considered marketing as such. Now, today, we work closely with as striving and ambitious young architecture offices as we used to be and they have had their lesson learned.
So we simply had to put it together in 45 min condensed, distilled knowledge…grab it below the article for free.

If you are more like a “Give me 10 steps to becoming a great architect“ person, we have an abstract bulletin for you to keep in your right pocket.

We have to share some tips for you:

  • Use simple and engaging tools,

  • Be creative in adding new solutions/apps/systems,

  • Try to be different and go at least an extra step,

  • Use innovative and custom technologies,

  • Do unique engagement with remote presentations,

  • Try out mobile apps where you can easily share projects with clients.

Nowadays everyone is searching for new ways to communicate and engage with their clients and you always need to think about what/how/when to do more than others! Yes, indeed, also VR/AR/XR platforms bring you a lot of engagement, but it has to be performed in the right manner.

Be creative not only in your designs but also on how you communicate with your client and you will see how sales go up!

Ask for feedback and use it wisely.

Never stop on the answer - no. Look for new ways to approach clients and always ask for feedback to listen, learn and implement better ways of becoming not just a good architect but the best marketing and salesperson for your business. Because without sales …well - nothing happens. Always approach your client, after purchase and ask for details after your deal is done. Be thankful and use feedback for improving yourself, let them know their suggestions are taken into consideration.

Try new approaches in your communications with clients and find your way to do it better!

Good luck with the creation of your next idea with the client approach!
